Q1. How long is your factory history?
A: This year our factory will celebrate 10th anniversary since establishment.
And our major technicians have been in this industry for more than 30 years, more than 12 persons have been in our production team for over 10 years.
Q2. Can you produce according to our samples? Can I get your samples?
A: Yes, you can send us samples to check quality and produce as per your samples.
Small samples are usually available with express service expense at our cost.
Q3: Do you attend any expo?
A: Yes, usually we attend sign expos in Shanghai twice in a year. We attended Sign Asia expo in IMPACT, THAILAND in Nov, 2017. In future we will add China Import and Export Fair (Canton Fair) into our exhibition list, also some international expos which will be held in different countries.
Q4: How about claim policy?
A: If there has any quality problems when you receive our products, show us photo/video to check, we can not make sure our products are 100% perfect without any quality problem, but we promise we will repay customers for any loss caused by our product quality from next order.
Q5: What kind quality do you produce?
A: 100% Lucite virgin material and Mixed material, two kinds quality
Different masking film colors and what they mean
YINGCHUANG Acrylic Sheets are protected by a film on both sides. The masking film carries the product identification and its color indicates the manufacturing process. Acrylic Sheet XT, for example, is protected by a blue film or white film with blue printing and Acrylic Sheet GS by a Kraft paper or transparent film with customized Logo printing.
Protection during processing and transport
If possible, you should leave the masking film on the Acrylic sheet during processing to protect the material while routing, sawing, or drilling it; only for a few processing steps, such as forming, should the film first be removed.
